delegate_n in_o the_o synod_n that_o be_v gather_v for_o procure_v of_o consent_n the_o case_n be_v somewhat_o different_a in_o these_o it_o seem_v very_o expedient_a that_o the_o election_n be_v either_o by_o the_o church_n or_o by_o the_o pastor_n to_o the_o end_n the_o act_n of_o the_o synod_n may_v be_v more_o passable_a for_o man_n be_v wont_a to_o like_v those_o thing_n best_o which_o be_v do_v by_o those_o person_n who_o faith_n and_o diligence_n themselves_o have_v choose_v this_o therefore_o belong_v not_o to_o the_o right_n but_o to_o the_o prudent_a use_n of_o it_o and_o be_v always_o may_v our_o leader_n in_o this_o judgement_n be_v marsilius_n patavinus_n for_o he_o say_v it_o pertain_v to_o the_o authority_n of_o a_o lawgiver_n to_o call_v a_o general_a council_n and_o to_o determine_v fit_a person_n for_o it_o by_o determine_v he_o mean_v not_o only_a approbation_n of_o the_o person_n but_o election_n too_o and_o herein_o he_o be_v follow_v by_o the_o learned_a french_a defender_n of_o the_o protestant_n cause_n against_o the_o trent_n synod_n nor_o be_v example_n want_v the_o king_n of_o israel_n call_v unto_o he_o what_o prophet_n he_o willâ—_n and_o election_n for_o all_o use_n of_o liberty_n as_o above_o be_v say_v be_v subject_a to_o command_v and_o the_o virtue_n thereof_o be_v this_o that_o for_o just_a cause_n some_o turbulent_a man_n or_o otherwise_o unfit_a may_v be_v exclude_v from_o public_a business_n that_o the_o time_n and_o place_n be_v proscribe_v by_o the_o emperor_n for_o the_o council_n the_o thing_n also_o to_o be_v do_v and_o the_o manner_n of_o do_v that_o synod_n be_v translate_v at_o their_o pleasure_n or_o dissolve_v both_o other_o before_o we_o and_o we_o also_o have_v make_v so_o plain_a that_o i_o think_v it_o will_v be_v deny_v by_o none_o wherefore_o let_v we_o now_o rather_o see_v what_o judgement_n in_o the_o synod_n be_v competent_a to_o the_o high_a power_n synod_n they_o fancy_n to_o themselves_o a_o adversary_n over_o who_o they_o may_v get_v a_o easy_a victory_n who_o take_v the_o pain_n to_o prove_v that_o the_o bishop_n judge_v not_o the_o emperor_n alone_a for_o who_o ever_o do_v so_o forget_v himself_o as_o to_o deny_v that_o but_o this_o we_o affirm_v the_o high_a power_n have_v right_a to_o judge_n together_o with_o the_o pastor_n the_o proof_n whereof_o be_v needless_a here_o because_o above_o we_o have_v make_v good_a to_o the_o h._n power_n a_o universal_a right_n of_o judge_v which_o certain_o by_o the_o synod_n can_v be_v take_v away_o but_o whether_o it_o be_v best_a declarative_a judgement_n person_n that_o be_v that_o the_o bishop_n may_v show_v out_o of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n what_o be_v true_a what_o false_a what_o be_v lawful_a what_o unlawful_a here_o the_o king_n be_v well_o verse_v in_o
