age_n of_o the_o say_a child_n as_o also_o the_o name_n of_o the_o servant_n of_o the_o say_a recusant_n at_o the_o next_o general_n or_o quarter-session_n of_o that_o shire_n limit_n division_n or_o liberty_n all_o such_o presentment_n shall_v be_v record_v in_o the_o say_a session_n by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o town-clerk_n for_o the_o time_n be_v without_o any_o fee_n and_o for_o default_n of_o every_o such_o presentment_n the_o say_a churchwarden_n constable_n or_o high-constable_n shall_v forfeit_v twenty_o shilling_n and_o for_o default_n of_o record_v such_o presentment_n justice_n of_o peace_n or_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n due_o tender_v than_o the_o say_a bishop_n or_o justice_n of_o peace_n shall_v commit_v the_o same_o person_n to_o the_o common_a goal_n without_o
