to_o he_o it_o be_v not_o schism_n say_v cajetan_n here_o to_o refuse_v even_o pertinacious_o to_o obey_v the_o pope_n but_o to_o refuse_v to_o be_v subject_a to_o he_o as_o head_n of_o the_o whole_a church_n be_v schism_n for_o mark_v diligent_o that_o to_o refuse_v the_o command_n or_o judgement_n of_o the_o pope_n may_v happen_v three_o way_n first_o on_o the_o part_n of_o the_o thing_n judge_v or_o command_v second_o on_o the_o part_n of_o the_o person_n judge_v three_o on_o the_o part_n of_o the_o office_n of_o the_o judge_n himself_o if_o any_o one_o pertinacious_o contemn_v the_o sentence_n of_o the_o pope_n because_o he_o will_v not_o put_v in_o execution_n what_o the_o other_o have_v command_v for_o example_n to_o abstain_v from_o such_o a_o war_n restore_v such_o a_o estate_n etc._n etc._n although_o he_o err_v most_o grievous_o nevertheless_o he_o be_v not_o for_o this_o a_o schismatic_a for_o it_o happen_v and_o that_o often_o that_o a_o man_n will_v not_o do_v
