be_v multiply_v to_o many_o congregation_n and_o presbyter_n with_o they_o appoint_v this_o way_n of_o government_n which_o may_v best_o preserve_v order_n and_o union_n with_o authority_n so_o that_o i_o conceive_v it_o be_v not_o the_o favour_n of_o prince_n or_o ambition_n of_o presbyter_n but_o the_o wisdom_n and_o piety_n of_o the_o apostle_n that_o first_o settle_v bishop_n in_o the_o church_n which_o authority_n they_o constant_o use_v and_o enjoy_v in_o those_o time_n which_o be_v pure_a for_o religion_n though_o sharp_a for_o persecution_n not_o that_o i_o be_o against_o the_o
